remembered~~

everyone (even the cleaning ahjumma and pharmacist) remembered me. lots of ‘long time no sees’ were passed around. lol

come to find out, the last time i was there was in july~ so that means i gained 8 kg in 6 months (i actually think thats better than having gained it in 2 months or less. actually i think i did gain the last bit in the last month because of holidays and being a home body but whatever X-D) oh and actually i gained 1kg in muscle. lol you know cause that makes a big difference right now. ㅋㅋ

anyway~~ they were very encouraging letting me know that it’s very possible to lose a lot more. gave me pointers on staying active and working out during free time. stuff i know but always good to be reminded by people who want to help.

i did it once~ i can do it again!

  2. coffeejusayo said: muscle is a big thing, though! more muscle means you burn more calories even when you are at rest. i am trying to gain muscle weight~ (and, ok, loose fat weight)
