dating in the dark~

theres a korean reality tv show called dating in the dark. from what i understand… there are 2 groups of 4 of boys and girls. the boys and girls dont meet until the first round. in the first round~ they all met together in a dark room. they couldnt see each other so they had to rely on conversation and voice. after the first round, they separated and were shown the opposite sexes’ things. then the boys sent 1 of the girls home.

the boys got to watch her walk away and the girl got to see who eliminated her (harsh!)

next, one of the girls got to meet with the 4 guys separately… again in another dark room where all they can do is talk (and some go as far as touch…)

the girls then decided who to eliminate and once again the girls watched the boy walk away right past them. (was way harsher… only a few feet from them).

the episode ended there but from what i understand~ the next episode shows that they each get to go on separate dark room dates with the person of their choice. if they like each other enough… they get to show themselves to the other. then decide if they want to keep meeting.

seems like a real twist to going on a blind date.
