funeral

i went to the funeral yesterday. all day i’d been fighting thinking about it to keep from crying.
when i arrived, his gf met up with me. she seems fine and taking this very well. but i couldnt keep from crying so she just hugged me. boy found me and asked the gf if she could go in with me as this was my first time at a korean funeral.

i went in to light incense and place a flower in front of his picture. it was a really nice room and it looked like a lot of people had been there already.

afterwards, we sat down and ate some food in another room.

i stayed for about an hour. fighting tears as i saw his mom and people around having a difficult time.

today is the last day of the funeral service where they’ll take his ashes to another area outside of seoul and bury them or spread them.
